SargasAI is an AI Media Buyer platform operated by NeoSilk LLC.

You may request deletion of the Meta connection data and Meta-derived data associated with your SargasAI account at any time. This does not delete your SargasAI login account itself.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Your Meta access token stored by SargasAI
Your selected Meta ad account ID
All stored Meta connection data
Stored campaign and ad performance data (if retained)
Action history connected to your user account

Automated Deletion via Facebook

SargasAI processes Meta Data Deletion Callbacks automatically. When you remove SargasAI from your Facebook app settings, Meta sends a deletion signal directly to our servers. Your Meta connection data is deleted immediately upon receipt of that signal, and a confirmation code is issued for your records.

You can revoke SargasAI's access from your Facebook App Settings . Meta will send the deletion signal automatically.

Check Deletion Status

If Meta provided you with a confirmation code after removing the app, you can verify the status of your deletion request at:

/data-deletion/status/<your-confirmation-code>

Disconnecting Meta from within SargasAI

You can also disconnect your Meta account at any time from the SargasAI dashboard. This removes your stored access token and ad account connection immediately.

In-app Disconnect only removes the active Meta connection itself; the automated Meta Data Deletion callback above performs a broader deletion of your Meta-derived data.
