About SargasAI

SargasAI is an AI Media Buyer platform operated by NeoSilk LLC. It helps users connect their Meta Ads account, view campaigns, analyze performance, and perform approved campaign actions.

Data We May Collect

• Account email or internal user ID
• For legacy OAuth runtime connections, a Meta access token encrypted when persisted; for System User runtime connections, the central credential remains server-side configuration and is not stored in a per-tenant database row
• Selected Meta ad account ID
• Facebook Page IDs and names, and tenant-scoped Page authorization
• Read-only Page engagement metadata, including follower count fetched on demand for Facebook Page Overview
• Campaign, ad set, ad, spend, and performance data retrieved from the Meta Ads API
• Action history and AI-generated recommendations

How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Connect to your Meta Ads account on your behalf
• Display campaign and performance data
• Display read-only Page Overview data directly to the authenticated tenant
• Analyze advertising performance and generate recommendations
• Perform campaign actions only after explicit user approval

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

SargasAI communicates with Meta Graph API to connect authorized Meta assets, retrieve authorized advertising/Page data needed for product features, and perform advertising writes only after explicit user approval.

Facebook Page Overview data is not sent by this feature to OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or another external AI/model provider.

Government and Legal Requests

NeoSilk LLC reviews requests from public authorities for user data to determine whether they are legally valid and appropriately scoped.

Where permitted by law, NeoSilk LLC may challenge requests that appear unlawful, invalid, or overly broad.

We apply data minimization principles and disclose only the minimum information legally required.

We maintain appropriate records of such requests, our responses, and the basis for any disclosure, subject to applicable legal restrictions.

Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. Facebook Page IDs and names may be retained in the tenant's authorized Page allowlist until disconnect or deletion. The follower count used by Facebook Page Overview is fetched on demand and is not persisted by that feature. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
