Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving advertising actions, budgets, targeting, campaign settings, and recommendations before execution.
SargasAI does not guarantee any specific advertising results, return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue, or profit. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, audience behavior, and Meta platform policies.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any actions before they are executed. Campaign actions are performed only after your explicit confirmation. You must verify that all actions comply with applicable laws, Meta's advertising policies, and your own business requirements.

SargasAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.
NeoSilk LLC, the operator of the SargasAI platform, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including advertising losses or data issues.
